After years of battling severe Crohn’s disease, failed medical treatments, and debilitating pain, I finally began to find healing through nutrition. It’s been a long road, and I started this blog so I could share the nutritional and lifestyle solutions that have helped me. I hope you’ll join me on my healing journey, as I share Paleo recipes, wellness tips, healthy beauty advice, and all sorts of other (sometimes random) lifestyle musings.
In addition to Crohn’s, I also battle migraines, histamine intolerance, and other inflammatory and autoimmune-related symptoms. Meanwhile, I now have an ileostomy and am learning to live with an ostomy bag. I cannot tolerate many medications, so nutrition and lifestyle have become critical in order for me to successfully manage my chronic illness.
