Staying Organized and Motivated, PROSPR Planner Review

Staying Organized and Motivated, PROSPR Planner Review

Okay, folks. I’m gonna nerd out for just a moment, so bear with me. One of the things I look forward to most when every new year starts is buying my annual planner. Yes, it literally brings me excitement. 🤓 Although I use my phone and digital calendar to track all my appointments and various tasks, there is nothing like having a physical paper planner to stay organized and motivated. And after many years of trying different planners, I think I’ve found the perfect one.

As many of you know, this last year has been difficult for me, so finding ways to keep organized and motivated is particularly important right now. I’m still recovering from my most recent Crohn’s flare and surgery, and one of the hardest parts has been getting back on track in terms of my daily and life goals. Coming back from physical trauma, injury, or illness involves so much more than physical recovery. It also involves achieving clarity of mind and spirit, getting focused, and getting back into a productive routine. And after the challenging year I had in 2017, I need organization, clear goals, and motivation more than ever!

Staying Organized and Motivated with the PROSPR Planner

I’m more excited than ever to dive into my goals for 2018. But for me, planning is so much more than scheduling appointments and listing tasks. That’s why I’m loving the PROSPR Planner. I’ve recently had the opportunity to check it out for the first time, and I’m hooked. It offers so much more than your average daily planner. The PROSPR Planner offers a comprehensive guide to prioritize and organize overall life goals while managing daily goals and tasks.

In addition to providing an efficient way to master all my work and business planning, PROSPR Planner is also designed to help individuals and busy parents achieve a healthy work-life balance and build stronger relationships and family bonds. And let’s face it: sometimes we also need reminders to make time for family, relationships, and other personal goals!

In particular, the PROSPR Planner is special because it is designed to help users:

  • get focused
  • achieve a healthy work-life balance
  • express gratitude
  • take control of one’s time and overall life goals and vision
  • increase productivity
  • brainstorm and be creative

It is, by far, the most detailed, useful, and inspiring planner I’ve ever used.

What I Love About the PROSPR Planner, Mastery Edition

The truth is, sometimes I feel stuck in my head. I have lots of ideas and things I want to accomplish, but I have trouble laying them all out and putting them into action. The PROSPR Planner gives me one place to identify and map out all my thoughts and goals. It then helps make me accountable to actually take the steps to achieve those goals, all while keeping me organized and motivated.

Some of my favorite things about the PROSPR Planner Mastery Edition are that it:

  • is a 13-month planner, covering December to the following December
  • allows you to set goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
  • includes goal setting for 1-year and 3-year plans, while mapping out action steps to achieve those goals
  • breaks down goals by three main categories: family, health, and wealth (i.e. business/career)
  • includes a detailed vision board
  • includes prompts for tracking gratitude, exercise, meditation, family time, and even book reading
  • includes areas for creative ideas, brainstorming, notes, and inspired thoughts
  • allows you to identify accomplishments and failures and easily track your successes (personal and professional)
  • is sprinkled with inspirational and motivational quotes from everyone from Steve Jobs to Jim Rohn

I feel like this planner is just as much a guide as it is a planner. It helps me identify the bigger picture, while also mapping out the smaller details that are necessary to achieve that bigger picture. Meanwhile, it helps me not only map out intentions for business, but also for personal and spiritual goals.

Best of all, the PROSPR planner helps make me accountable (something I desperately need!).

Gratitude Journaling with the PROSPR Planner, Sprint Edition

Staying Organized and Motivated, PROSPR Planner Review

PROSPR also offers a 3-month Sprint Edition, which is kind of a mini version of the annual planner. I love it because it offers many of the same features as the annual planner (such as goal setting, calendars, and a vision board), but it also focuses on daily gratitude journaling.

I’m really enjoying the planner’s prompts to express gratitude daily. As you may already know, practicing gratitude has been shown to be beneficial physically, psychologically, and socially. It not only is a mood-lifter, but research shows gratitude can actually can improve health in various ways.

The PROSPR Spring Edition allows for gratitude journaling every morning and every evening, which is helping me stay grounded and motivated on a daily basis. Gratitude journaling has been especially helpful as I reflect on my recent journey and continue to rebuild my health.

What about you? What methods do you use to stay organized and motivated?

Disclosure: I received the PROSPR Planners in exchange for my honest review. All opinions reflected in this review are sincere and solely my own.
